For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to negotiations, including search, selection, interview, and contract signing.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

  • Assist in other HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, within the game development industry.

  • Strong understanding of game development roles and the skills required for these positions.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.

  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.
