For which tasks (responsibilities)?
We are looking for passionate interns who are eager to work on creating real games within deadlines. In this role, you will:
Develop games or software concepts that align with the client's vision and goals.
Collaborate with experienced game developers.
Write and test code for various parts of the game or software, such as gameplay mechanics, AI, and UI.
Debug and test game or software prototypes and final products.
Conduct research on new technologies, tools, and trends in the game industry.
You will gain hands-on experience in game development and have the opportunity to learn from and work within a game studio with over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
You must currently be enrolled in a program in (game) development, creative technologies, software development, or ICT and have strong skills in programming casual games. At Dutch Game Studio, we will guide you as best as we can within our projects, with daily stand-ups and feedback sessions. We strive to teach you everything we know, and we are also looking for game developers who are not only very good at collaborating within a team but also can work independently, show initiative, and always strive to optimize their efficiency.
We are also only looking for interns who are available for an internship longer than 3 months and at least 4/5 days a week.
