Lead Unity Developer

Rosetta Gaming was founded with the intent to bring the best gaming experiences to casino players around the world. Rosetta has started  an ambitious gaming project that will soon appear on the global market. Our core is a strong team of creative professionals and we are fast expanding. Rosetta Gaming has the main production studio in Cracow, Poland.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design architecture of gaming framework to enable rapid development of casino games

• Develop casino games that will push the limits of the industry

• Recruit team of developers and set up efficient workflow utilizing Continuous Integration

• Able to effectively collaborate with other programmers, producers and artists

• Meet project deadlines in a timely manner

• Promote agile culture within the entire company

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of commercial experience with C# and Unity

• Experience developing 2D games (and/or slots and casino)

• Familiar with the control version system (GIT) and Continuous Integration workflow

• Ability to quickly prototype new game mechanics

• Clarity in communication by being concise and articulate

• Passion for clean code and experience maintaining long term projects

• Understand UX and UI issues and good taste for visually pleasing animations and effects
