We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to own and drive the technical onboarding of our B2B partners and ensure our casino content is seamlessly integrated and launched worldwide.

As an Integration Specialist at Veritas Apex, you will sit at the intersection of technology, partners, and product delivery. This is a technical, client-facing role that requires strong API expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full integration process for new B2B partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely launches.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, supporting them with API documentation, wallet integrations, and technical questions.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and certification checks to validate game performance, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during the integration phase, including debugging API calls and transaction errors.

• Maintain, update, and continuously improve integration guides and technical documentation.

• Work closely with internal Tech and Commercial teams to align technical delivery with business goals.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Requirements

• Excellent English (written and spoken).

• 2+ years of experience in an iGaming company, with at least 1 year in an integrations-focused role.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman (or similar).

• Experience using log management tools to investigate and debug issues.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and external partners.

• Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian.

• Experience with log management tools and monitoring systems.

• Basic to intermediate SQL querying skills.

• Familiarity with iGaming regulatory requirements.

• Understanding of CDNs, SSL/TLS certificates, and IP whitelisting.
