Lead UA \ Head UA

Severex is a mobile product studio developing casual puzzle games and utility applications used by millions of users worldwide.

We are looking for a Lead User Acquisition / Head of UA to take ownership of our performance marketing strategy across both gaming and subscription-based utility products. In this role, you will lead and scale a UA team, drive growth across major acquisition channels, and combine strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Management:

  • Ownership of a team managing acquisition across  channels: Applovin, Meta, Tik Tok, Unity, Google, Mintegral, Moloco, ASA, rewarded networks, etc.

  • Leading a team of 3+ people: task allocation, prioritization, and regular 1:1 meetings.

  • Improving internal processes, including involvement in automation and reporting development.

  • Regular syncs with ad network account managers.

  • Aligning on priorities and performance reporting with the CMO

  • Monitoring team-level campaign efficiency and identifying growth areas.

• Hands-on responsibilities as a UA specialist:

  • Independently managing campaigns across all UA channels.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, taking full hands-on responsibility.

  • Working with a portfolio of IAA puzzle games subscriptions apps.

  • Build and execute full-funnel growth & UA strategies optimizing creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

  • Analyzing user behavior to improve retention, conversion, and revenue and developing hypotheses to scale performance.

  • Provide regular reporting on key KPIs and performance metrics.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 4+ years of experience in user acquisition within the gaming industry.

• Strong expertise in Applovin, Google Ads, Meta as priority

• Proven experience in a management role: building and optimizing UA team processes.

• Deep understanding of attribution and key UA performance metrics.

• Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.

• English level B1+.
